Proceed to checkout and enter your full name, shipping address, city, postal code, and country. Ensure your address is accurate to avoid delivery delays.

Secure Payment

Select PayPal as your payment method. You will be redirected to the official PayPal website. Log in to your PayPal account (or pay as a guest using your card) and confirm the payment.

After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address linked to your PayPal account. This email includes your order number and a summary of your purchase.


Check your spam folder if you don’t see the confirmation email within 10 minutes.

Your order will be carefully packed and shipped via our postal carrier. Delivery typically takes 1 to 4 weeks depending on your location. You will receive a shipping notification once your order is dispatched.


International orders may take closer to 3–4 weeks due to customs processing.

What to do if your delivery has not arrived within 4 weeks

Contact Your Local Post Office

If your order has not arrived after 4 weeks, your first step should be to contact your local post office or postal service with your tracking number. Parcels are sometimes held at a sorting facility or customs, and your postal agent can locate and release your package.


  • Bring your tracking number and order confirmation

  • Ask if the package is held at customs or a depot

  • Verify your address was correct on the parcel

No, you do not need a PayPal account. When redirected to PayPal’s checkout, you can choose to pay as a guest using any major credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.). Your card details are handled securely by PayPal and are never shared with DipGator.

Delivery takes between 1 and 4 weeks depending on your location. Domestic orders generally arrive within 1–2 weeks. International orders can take up to 4 weeks, especially if they go through customs inspection.

We process orders quickly, but if you contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order, we will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.
