We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location, but you can always expect your order within 4 weeks maximum.

Delivery Timeline

  • Week 1: Order Processed — Your order is confirmed, packed, and dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Week 1–2: In Transit — Your parcel is on its way via our postal carrier.
  • Week 2–3: Customs Clearance — International orders may pass through customs at your country’s border.
  • Week 3–4: Delivered — Your order arrives at your door. Sit back and enjoy!

Is Your Order Late?

If your order has not arrived after 4 weeks, follow these two steps:

Step 1 – Contact Your Local Post Office

Your first step should be to contact your local post office or postal service with your tracking number. Parcels are sometimes held at a sorting facility or customs, and your postal agent can locate and release your package.

  • Bring your tracking number and order confirmation
  • Ask if the package is held at customs or a depot
  • Verify your address was correct on the parcel

Step 2 – Contact DipGator Support

If your local post office cannot locate the parcel, please email us at [email protected]. Please include your order number and shipping address. Our team will investigate and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
