Do I need a PayPal account to purchase?

No, you do not need a PayPal account. When redirected to PayPal’s checkout, you can choose to pay as a guest using any major credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.). Your card details are handled securely by PayPal and are never shared with DipGator.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes between 1 and 4 weeks depending on your location. Domestic orders generally arrive within 1–2 weeks. International orders can take up to 4 weeks, especially if they go through customs inspection.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number on your local postal service’s website to follow your parcel’s progress.

My order hasn’t arrived after 4 weeks. What should I do?

First, contact your local post office with your tracking number — sometimes parcels are held at a depot or customs facility. If your post office cannot locate the parcel, email us at [email protected] with your order number and we will investigate immediately.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but if you contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order, we will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.

What if my item arrives damaged or is incorrect?

We are sorry if this happens. Please email [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through PayPal, which uses industry-leading encryption and fraud protection. DipGator never stores your payment card information. PayPal also offers buyer protection, which means you can open a dispute if something goes wrong.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times are 2–4 weeks. Please note that you may be responsible for any customs duties or import fees charged by your country’s border authority.
